- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Monthly Reservations (stays of 30 nights or more)
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in are subject to a $500 USD cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
