Dates: January 10th to May 15th and October 15th to December 20th
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total stay cost, including taxes, is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged 15 days before the arrival date.

Summer:

Dates: May 15th to October 15th
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total stay cost, including taxes, is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged 15 days before the arrival date.

Christmas and New Year:

Dates: December 20th to January 15th
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total stay cost, including taxes, is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before the arrival date.

Bookings canceled at least 90 days before arrival date will incur a fee of 2% of the total cost of the reservation.
Bookings canceled at least 90 days within arrival date, non refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For the comfort and convenience of our guests, our base rate includes accommodations for up to 18 individuals. Should your party exceed this number, an additional charge of $50 per person per night will be applied for each guest beyond 18.

Guests must cancel at least 120 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of all payments made up to that point. No refunds will be provided after this period, except for the Security Deposit.
