Cancellation terms
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund.
- Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down payment .
- Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
- Bookings for dates in holiday season (Christmas & New Years) will not receive a refund.
- For Monthly reservations: There is a cancellation fee of $ 500 usd for reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.
