 Standard Reservations (stays shorter than 30 nights)

  • A payment link will be sent 30 days prior to check-in.
  • If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the payment link will be sent at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.Monthly Reservations (stays of 30 nights or more)
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in are subject to a $500 USD cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: If payment is not completed by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Solare Tower Condominiums is a property meant to be enjoyed. It has so much to offer for everyone; Kids will enjoy the playground and the walking trails so much! Everyone will enjoy the two pools with hot tubs and the beach deck on the property. It is an amazing spot to read a good book or to simply sit and relax. You should try it! If you like tennis you can pack your rackets and enjoy a match on one of our two tennis courts. Gardens are amazing too!
