• To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
• No smoking
• No pets
• Minimum age to rent is 21
• Check in begins 4:00pm, check out is 11am
• No noise after 11:00pm

CANCELLATION TERMS:

• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down payment . 
• Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
• Bookings for dates in holiday season (Christmas & New Years) will not receive a refund. 
• For Monthly reservations: There is a cancelation fee of $ 500 dlls for reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.
