Not only are you seconds away from the pool, but you are also a quick 3 min walk to the beach. Since this property is large the density is low so your walk will be very pleasant, inside the property where you will mainly see nature while enjoying the walking trails. The property offers many amenities for everyone to enjoy including two very large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, an amazing beach deck and so much more. If you were to pick a favorite spot, we would say the Beach Deck. You are no quite on the beach but you are, and you can relax for hours work, tan, read, or simply be.
This spacious two-level condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all you need to prepare delicious meals, three balconies, a large living room and each bedroom has its own TV. Must mention, the master suite bedroom located upstairs has its own private balcony.
Solare-Bahia Mar is one of the biggest properties on the island and has 24/7 security. You will feel safe and will love the privacy it offers, all you have to do is enjoy.

It caters to everyone, it has so many things for you and your loved ones to enjoy and most of them involve nature so its really a special place to getawat too. You can start your day with and amazing sunrise while walking on the beach and end it with the most stunning sunsets and spectacular views of the bay. Go for a fun day of fishing (deep-sea fishing, deck fishing), boat rides, surfing, kite surfing, (The ocean is always an adventure!) Horseback riding with the fam, birdwatching, water parks, bicycle rides among so many other activities.
There are several restaurant options for you to choose from, the food on the island is always fresh and offers a wide variety of choices for you to enjoy. Another amazing option it to buy your ingredients to cook in the comfort of your condo or maybe grill some burgers or the catch of the day too! If you can, cross the bridge to Port Isabel where you will find fresh prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo too.

• Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
• - We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
