Another perk is that when you feel like going for a swim you are only seconds away from one of the pools and only a quick 3 min walk to the beach. This is one of the largest properties on the island, so the density is low making it exclusive and private. Your walk to the beach will be very pleasant, inside the property while enjoying the walking trails. The property offers many amenities such as two large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, walking trails, a spectacular beach deck and more. The beach deck is a fabulous spot, not quite on the beach but as if you were, and you can relax for hours while you work, tan, read, or simply be. Walk two seconds further and you are touching the white sand and off to the ocean.

This spacious condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, so pack light and without the worry. It is also equipped with a breakfast bar, a great dinning space, a large living room and each bedroom has its own TV.

South Padre Island is a place that never gets old. Its surrounded by beauty it is almost like you can feel the magic of it. It is a perfect destination for anyone, families, friends, even those who choose to travel alone. You can start your day with and amazing sunrise while walking on the beach and end it with the most stunning sunsets and spectacular views of the bay. 

Plan a day out in the open sea and go for a fishing trip! Or stay on shore and still fish, either way you will have fun and enjoy a good catch. (deep-sea fishing, deck fishing) Go for boat rides, surfing, kite surfing, try some horseback riding with the fam, go birdwatching (there are so many types of birds!), try the water parks, bicycle rides among so many other activities. 

There are several restaurant options for you to choose from, the food on the island is always fresh and offers a wide variety of choices as well. Another fun option it to buy your ingredients to cook in the comfort of your condo or maybe grill some burgers or the catch of the day too! If you can, cross the bridge to Port Isabel where you will find fresh prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo too. There is great fun night out options on the island as well!

Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the designated area in the property with grills also available for rental.
 
HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats. 
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
