We are constantly looking to enhance your experience, so this condo has been tastefully re decorated and improved to give it a modern yet cozy feel making it the perfect home for an escape where you can unwind, restore, work, relax and feel free to make a more energizing routine to re-charge. You are only seconds away from the pool!

Condo is on a second floor, NO elevator. 

Another advantage of the location of this condo is that you are only a quick walk away from the beach. Your walk will be pleasant and private since you are walking inside the property surrounded by nature and a beautiful landscape. This is one of the largest properties on the island, which means density is low so its always nice and relaxing, kids have a lot of space to play in and there are amenities for the entire family. Enjoy two large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, an amazing beach deck and more.

The beach is a spot you will love, you are not quite on the beach, but it feels as if you were. It also makes for a perfect spot to choose to relax in, tan, read, or maybe even work. You can also just lay there and simply enjoy the ocean view. Two seconds further and you are touching the white sandy beach.

This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a great dinning space, and each bedroom has its own TV.

SPI is a magical destination that is always a right choice. The weather is beautiful practically all year round, its surrounded by beautiful views and nature. South Padre Island has the best sunsets ever, a walk by the bay is always a good way to end your day. Go for a long beach walk and catch a sunrise, no matter what you choose it will be remarkable.
Go out into the open sea for a fishing adventure, have fun deep-sea fishing for the catch of the day! You can also choose to stay on shore for some fun deck fishing! South padre has lots of fun activities; boat rides, surfing, kite surfing, horseback riding, birdwatching (there is a broad variety of birds!), try the water parks, and much more. 
There are plenty of restaurant choices as well. Food on the island is really good, fresh and with a great variety of places to choose from. Try another fun option and buy your ingredients to cook in the comfort of your home or grill some burgers or a delicious steak! There is plenty of night life on the island as well.

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

Enjoy a delicious barbecue on the designated area in the property with grills also available for rental.

 HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
